Sometimes a slight shift in routine, especially in a space peaceful and quiet, restores body, mind and soul.

The sanctuary is open to all at noon Wednesdays and Fridays before the 12:10 services.

Please come in and light a candle, offering your prayer for yourself or another.

If you choose to stay for services, you might learn about a saint, partake in the Eucharist or receive a blessing or a prayer for healing.

In the midst of the city, these moments cocooned within St. Paul's solid stone walls can feel as refreshing as poet Robert Frost's walk through the woods a long time ago in another place.

DUST OF SNOW

by Robert Frost

The way a crow

Shook down on me

The dust of snow

From a hemlock tree

Has given my heart

A change of mood

And saved some part

Of a day I rued.
